As per recent guidance from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, the following people will be offered the flu vaccination this year:
If you are eligible for a covid vaccination this autumn/winter season you will be offered one at your flu appointment.
You will also be contacted by NHS England in due course if you are eligible for a covid vaccination. The national booking service will open on the 23rd September 2024 if you would like to book into a local vaccination centre instead.

We have begun sending out invites for this season, starting with patients aged 65 years and older. Please wait until you hear from us, so that our phonelines remain open for patients with clinical needs.
We are expecting that the majority of school aged children will be offered the flu vaccination at school. The Surgery will focus on at risk children and those not yet in school. Once the vaccine is available for this age group we will contact patients to book in.
We have a range of appointment times (both weekeday and saturdays) available for patients needing both flu and covid vaccinations, as well as patients wanting just the flu vaccination.
More clinics are being added as demand dictates.
We are in the process of inviting patients to book into these clinics. If possible please wait until you hear from us, so that we can keep our lines clear for patients needing medical attention.
