The Practice offers a private podiatry service from our Sway site.

Darren Noble (BSc (Hons) MChS ) is a fully qualified podiatrist who treats patients at our Sway Surgery from 9am to 1pm every Wednesday morning (by appointment only).

What does treatment involve?

Darren is qualified to treat all individuals, including those with long-term conditions, such as Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson's Disease.

The treatment philosophy is to provide comprehensive footcare that meets your individual needs, aiming to keep you mobile, independent, active and free from foot pain. To achieve this, a range of services are available from routine nail cutting, through to the management of more complex pathologies:

• Toenail cutting
• Problem nails (eg. fungal, thickened, ingrowing)
• Corn and callus removal using sharp debridement
• Cracked heels
• Skin problems (eg. athletes foot)
• Warts and verrucae
• Foot pain
• Biomechanical assessment
• Off the shelf orthoses (insoles)
