GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. How to sign-up
For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence). If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up
Patient Access allows you to book appointments, request repeat medication and view parts of your clinical record online.
The practice would like to invite all patients who require an online account to request a registration letter at the reception desk.
Please note that online services are not available to patients under the age of 16.
To ensure the security and confidentiality of patients’ online account details, our reception staff will ask for a form of photocard ID before a letter can be created. You will need to produce your ID again when you collect your registration letter. Please note that you must collect the letter yourself - we are unable to give the letter to a friend or relative.
Once you have your registration letter please visit https://app.patientaccess.com/registration to register your account.
When you have registered your account you can log in via: https://app.patientaccess.com/login

Under Medical Record, why are some patients unable to view their repeat medication?
When a patient first accesses Medical Record > Medications, the default tab is set to Acute. If they select the Repeat tab at the top of the screen they will be able to view and order repeat medication.
Why are some patients unable to view their consultations or documents?
When a patient first accesses Medical Record > Consultations (or Documents), a filter is applied by default to only show the last month of data. The filter can be removed by selecting the 'x' at the end of the date range. A different filter (date range) can be added by selecting Show: All records.
